XSTO Solutions Voluntarily Withdraws Anti-Trust Claims Against B&D Nutritional Ingredients
Vista, California (January 13, 2009) - B&D Nutritional Ingredients, Inc. (B&D), announced today that the anti-trust claims involving the ingredient lutein filed by XSTO Solutions in October 2008 have been voluntarily withdrawn.
